We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unopened and unused products. Items must be in original condition.

How to Start a Return
Email us at support@verahemp.com
with:
• Your order number
• The item you want to return
• The reason for the return
We will provide instructions and the return address.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we issue a refund to your original payment method. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours. Include photos so we can resolve it quickly.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. You may return an unopened item and place a new order.
